Refund policy

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of purchase with receipt/original packaging. Customer is required to completely fill out a Pets Plus Return Form for any returns being made. All refunds are given in the original form that they were paid. No returns on used items. Returns without receipt and/or original packaging are given store credit only at the manager's discretion. No returns on cages, terrariums, aquariums, aquarium stands, beds, or clothing. Any non-returnable items that are given an exception by the manager are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
